Who am I?

Gentoober — 2026

I am an IT Infrastructure professional focused on Linux, automation, networking and cybersecurity.

My current work is centered on technical support, infrastructure operations, Linux systems, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous improvement of IT environments. I am especially interested in the intersection between infrastructure, security and automation.

I have been using Linux for years, with particular interest in Gentoo, OpenRC, kernel configuration, filesystem design, virtualization, containers and system hardening. I like understanding systems from the boot process to the application layer.

I also maintain the Linux Division project and a blog where I occasionally write about Linux, hacking, privacy, coding and computer systems.
